These are for a sense of visual tone I like, not for replication but for mood and look and feel. I think you would want to be warmer than these, but also confident and serious, open but wise.
B/W conveys a certain seriousness, but color is much more inviting. Color photos with a B/W feel — like the Sophia in the red dress pic (okay, got a little carried away with Sophia at the bottom — but FFS, Sophia!)
