The Hollywood Farmers Market prides itself on being an agriculturally focused market, supporting the local small farm and food producer economy.
To this end, we accept vendors who grow or produce edible products, nurseries who sell plants that are grown from seed or propagated from existing stock, regional foragers, hot food vendors and other vendors who support the local agricultural economy.
Farm and Food Vendors
Throughout the year, the HFM welcomes nearly 80 vendors, selling vegetables, fruit, herbs, honey, nuts, mushrooms, cheese, eggs, meat, poultry, seafood, cut flowers, plants, baked goods, hot foods, and more to thousands of customers.
If you sell an agricultural product or other food item and would like to participate in the Hollywood Farmers Market, please contact the Market Manager. Be sure to include a description of your product, your email address and phone number so the Market Manager can contact you about the application process. Please note that the Hollywood Farmers Market gives preference to vendors applying from Oregon and Washington, to food producers who source farm direct and to vendors that buy their ingredients locally.

The Hollywood Farmers Market has limited space and gives preference to returning vendors that are in good standing with the organization. Although we strive to welcome new vendors to the market each year, space for new vendors is often very limited.
Applications go under review starting on March 8, 2016 and final decisions or follow up contact will be made by March 18th. Potential new vendors may be asked to submit samples, examples of their booth design and/or answer follow up questions from the Market Manager.

Craft Vendors
The Hollywood Farmers Market makes an exception and invites craft vendors to participate in our November and December markets! All crafters must produce crafts by hand from raw materials and preference is generally given to those who source local agricultural products. Please contact the Market Manager if you are interested in applying to become a craft vendor.
Community Booths
Every Saturday, two community organizations provide customers with information about unique projects around the city and add to the community feel of the market. Community Booths are typically scheduled beginning in early spring, but occasionally groups can be accommodated mid-season. If you are interested in hosting a booth at the Hollywood Farmers Market, please review our website before contacting our Community Volunteer Coordinator.
Music and Children’s Entertainment
The Hollywood Farmers Market offers weekly live music from talented local artists and well as children’s entertainment. Music is typically booked in the winter and spring before the market season begins.
